The Yakima Tributary Access & Habitat Program (YTAHP) was developed to provide assistance to landowners in restoring critical salmon habitat by implementing projects that protect, restore, and enhance riparian and floodplain habitat currently or historically used by salmon.
Manastash Creek is an important Yakima River tributary, which drains a 100-square mile watershed in Kittitas County. KCCD offers financial and technical assistance to address fish screening and passage issues.
